beer taste over powers the sour so you don’t get too much of the sour, this make it more of a fruited beer then a sour almost like a shock top beer or blue moon

It is delicious and creamy. I anticipated a smoothie with a touch of acidity, and nailed it. My only concern is that it keep from refermenting while refrigerated.
