A Note on This Beer
If I trust anybody to save the human race from hyper-intelligent robots, it’s Will Smith. I mean, have you seen the movie I, Robot?
If you haven’t, here’s the gist: the year’s 2035, robots are now way too friggin’ smart, and they’re gonna destroy humanity. But, do they? NOPE, because Will Smith shuts em’ down.
Pretty crazy, right? Well, it seems the fruit-masters at KCBC — Thrillist’s Best Brewery in NYC — are just as innovative as the guy who invented the Einstein-esque robots. But, instead of creating potentially dangerous half-beings, they crafted the futuristically-juicy Fruitbot 6000 Fruited Gose.
Look out craft-fans (and Will Smith), because today’s fruitbomb is full of succulent passionfruit, drippy watermelon, lush guava, and zesty lemon. With each sip, layers of tangy tropical juice mesh with waves of Jolly Rancher watermelon candy. On the finish, the fruity-sweetness is cut off by a bit of tartness, followed by a tinge of sea salt.
All in all, one thing’s for sure: these tangy Fruitbots may not overtake the planet, but they will overtake my beer fridge.
