A Note on This Beer
To celebrate the 6th year of their beloved FSB Stout, Fair State Brewing is doing things a little differently.
The Thrillist-ranked Best Brewery in Minnesota has teamed up with their fellow Pastry Stout masters at Forager to create 3 different versions of this celebrated Stout. And all three are guaranteed to keep you toasty and rosy-cheeked all winter long!
The first has already come and gone — our stash sold out so fast you might not have even seen it! But if you managed to snag a can or two of that 4.29 UT-rated brew, you know exactly how delicious it was. You’ve probably been feverishly checking your app in search of the next release!
Well, search no more, because here comes FSB 2019 Part 2 - Salted Caramel!
Fair State and Forager took their rich and roasty Imperial Stout base and loaded it up with gooey caramel, a touch of salt, and a dash of real vanilla to keep everything ridiculously creamy and smooth! Layers of dark chocolate and hints of freshly roasted coffee cloak the massive 13% ABV for an almost dangerously drinkable finish you’ll want to curl up by the fire with.
Don’t get stuck in the cold wishing you’d grabbed a can of this brew. Because even if the temps don’t drop to Minneapolis levels of frigidity where you are, this is one richly decadent sip you’ll want to cuddle up with all winter long.
This beer is too new for ratings!
