Nothing mind blowing, but why you would expect from the style. Easy drinking but flavorful. Would buy again

Big fan. Definitely want to get more. Appreciated the full flavor and smoothness.

Solid lager. I’m not familiar with the dark Czech lager, but this was a pleasant surprise. Rich but still light-ish. Enough complexity. Had me sipping and wondering about this beer all the way to the bottom of the glass. I could drink this regularly

Rich malty and light chocolate bitterness with a light grainy after taste. Full flavor with low abv.

I like most of this, but there’s a burnt wood flavor at the end that kind of throws it off. Overall good beer, especially for a cold night.

Classic lager, beautiful and tasty.

Deep mahogany pour with thick, creamy head. Prominent nose of roasted malt, burnt toast and cocoa powder. Malty, almost syrupy taste with notes of hazelnut and toasted almond. Finish long and sweet.

Toasty roasty malts. More carbonation would make this great

Clean enough and not hops forward like some of their other lagers. Smooth and a touch of sweetness.

A very solid dark lager! Warming.

Crisp and settled

Crispy, but with an odd ester profile that makes it not quite so clean as I would like for something that clearly aspires to be a Czech dark lager. Really it tastes like a very good but dry brown ale, or a dark farmhouse that was fermented a bit cooler. Not toasty, just brown. Enjoyable

Mild beer. Interesting aftertaste from a solid beer

Interesting dark beer - has a roasty, nutty, slightly smoky flavour. Surprisingly complex and tasty for a 5% lager. Great beer for a winters day.
