About This Beer
The brewers started with one of their beloved wild and funky base beers, added whole apricots at a rate of 2lbs per gallon, amped it up with heaps of Nelson Hops, and conditioned the brew in oak wine barrels.
Tasting Notes
You’ll taste stonefruit nuances carrying over tangy lemon tones, with hints of cut hay and turned earth rustling around the edges. Mild tartness makes for an approachable sip, while subtle pepper and oak notes mingle with a touch of pithy bitterness.
