About This Beer
To create the 2025 version, they began with a blend of two Bourbon barrel aged beers from their legendary cellar, then asked the people who would ultimately be drinking to vote on which adjuncts they should add. The winning ingredients? Cacao nibs, coffee, and toasted coconut!
Tasting Notes
Look for flavors of dark fudge accentuated by hints of top shelf whiskey and a whisper of oak. Rich mocha tones should add a roasty note on the way to a creamy coconut finish.
