About This Beer
To make it, they first crafted a base Ale using a hint of spelt, which pumps up the body and reacts to the yeasts differently than the traditional barley. Then, they added around two pounds per gallon of juicy, Colorado-grown Cresthaven peaches and let it age in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Succulent smacks of sweet stone fruit swirl through every supple sip. A bright and balanced tartness carries through to the finish with funky hayloft nuances adding sublime depth.
