About This Beer
The crew crafts each Farmhouse Ale in the series with a hint of spelt. The grain adds body and encourages the yeasts to develop a soft complexity while the brew slumbered in neutral oak barrels. Casey hopped today’s variant with two rounds of Citra and aged it on whole, locally-grown Perfection apricots.
Tasting Notes
Each tart taste delights the palate with splashes of jammy stone fruit over funky hints of hay and horse blanket. The hops’ bright, peachy nuances mingle with the juicy ripeness of the produce, bolstering it with extra layers of intricacy.
