About This Beer
The team started with a soft-bodied Ale brewed with spelt and aged in oak barrels. Then they loaded it with a whopping four pounds per gallon of black and red raspberries and a huge dose of Marquesas vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Look for soaring flavors of jammy bramble fruit alongside nuances of tangy lemon zest and hints of earthy funk. Whispers of oak accentuate luscious vanilla, like a dollop of whipped cream melting over a slice of berry-filled pie.
