This gin barrel aged Sour Ale from WeldWerks and their pals at Tip Top Canned Cocktails is the Bee’s Knees!
And that’s not just some hokey old slang — it was inspired by the Prohibition-era drink of the same name. In addition to the botanical barrels, the team infused the brew with lemon and honey syrups plus juniper berries and milk sugar.
