Tasting Notes
The spices flow through the sugary nuance of honeycombs with each sip, picking up cocoa notes along the way.
Your taste buds will think you washed down a gingerbread house with chocolate milk — until the body-warming buzz kicks in, reminding you the hefty Imperial is no plate of milk and cookies!

Not much gingerbread. The barrel aged is much better

This was way better than I expected. Not overly sweet. Surprisingly balanced. Tasty stuff.

decent but a bit too sweet

Honey is a little overpowering for the other spices. Cinnamon and ginger are muted as is the stout base.

Just like the iconic cookies, each sip is rich with warming cinnamon and ginger, interwoven into the biscuity, clover honey sweetness of the base malts, and culminating in the silkiness of milk drinking chocolate.
It tastes like freagin’ Christmas!
