About This Beer
To make it, the crew used top-quality floor-malted grains along with Ariana, Mittelfrüh, and Magnum Hops. And, in the brewer’s own words, it’s “fermented agonizingly cold and krausened to perfection” to create natural, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Each light-bodied sip teems with biscuity notes of fresh baked bread and delicate accents of honey sweetness. A kiss of floral wildflowers on the back end deepens the flavors, leading to a truly sublime snappy finish.
