About This Beer
To make it, the 3 Sons crew blended Imperial Stout and Barleywine aged Blantons, Stagg Jr, and Laird Apple Brandy barrels. Then conditioned it all on raw and toasted coconut, Vanuatu vanilla beans, and marshmallow!
Tasting Notes
No one’s gotten a chance to taste this baby yet, but we’re expecting rich toffee notes to swirl alongside coconut cream nuances and deep layers of silky vanilla. All that time in oak should impart intricate wood char, cognac, and whiskey nuances to the backend. And coming from 3 Sons, we’re guessing the 14% ABV is gonna go down oh-so-smooth!
