A Note on This Beer
Today, less than 240 of you will have the good fortune of snagging a bottle of Graffiti Heart.
If you’d like to save this rare brew for a special occasion, it deserves a coveted space in your cellar.
Birds Fly South put a lot of patience into this cherry jubilee. Tart and complex, this Flanders Red spent a full year aging in an Oak Foeder before the brewery blended and refermented it on 200 pounds of cherries for an additional six months — holy Moses!
It pours ruby red in the glass, and entertains your nose with cinnamon spice and oak before opening up with an orchard’s worth of ripe cherry flavor.
If you’ve been on Tavour for a while, you know a vintage nano-batch brew like this will sell out in a flash. If you’re new to the app, *pssst, grab this beer quick, it’ll be gone in a flash!*
*2020 vintage too new for ratings
