About This Beer
One of the most ingenious chapters in any book ever written is Dostoevsky's Grand Inquisitor from The Brothers Karamazov. We've been wanting to brew this beer for 5 years and are finally getting around to it. The great Russian author graces a wild and spooky illustrated can that is filled with liquid gold (i.e. engine oil in this case) from a base of the best malt in the world--Maris Otter--and a very carefully selected 8 European specialty malts to create a beer with incredible depth and nuance. Perhaps the perfect beer to pick up the book, sip away, and enjoy some of the better prose ever written.
