Continuing on my alternative brews tonight… I expected NOT to like this one, or to find something wrong with it, but the fact is - it’s good. Exactly as advertised. Sour Apple and Refreshing. The right balance between the two made it all work.

Almost as if Jones Soda made their own Green Apple Jolly Rancher beer. It's unique enough to try, but more than one glass will keep you up at night with bubble guts.

Despite the counter-intuitiveness of green apple flavor in a beer, this was an enjoyable and fun beer with great flavor. it has a nice balance between the sweetness of candy and sourness of green apple. it captures the taste of Jolly Ranchers very well. A very refreshing summertime beer.

I really so like sour green apple jolly ranchers. This is the perfect blend of beer and that. Distinctly both. Malt edge. Initial pour thicker than expected. Mix adds cloudiness. Fun color, likely to stain my tongue and give me diabetes.

At first, it has that beer taste which I hate but it's worth it for that sour green apple flavor at the end. It reminds me of Reds apple ale and also, a green apple warhead. I loved this beer! I would definitely buy this again.

This sour doesn't have much taste until about midway through and then it is all candy-like. The aftertaste is spot on for a green apple Jolly Rancher.
