About This Beer
I don’t know how they keep doing it, but somehow, each new Lager in Evil Twin NYC’s Greenhouse series is more delicious and complex than the last. And this oak foudre aged Bohemian Pilsner once again manages to astonish my taste buds with every intricate taste.
Tasting Notes
Layers of biscuity malts unfold throughout the crisp sip. A kiss of wildflower honey, oak, and jasmine lingers at the end, following a satisfyingly snappy finish that’s practically begging you to come back for more.

5% ABV Oak Foudre aged Bohemian Pilsner. Big fluffy white head on the pour. Softer bodied than most Pilsners with tasting notes of honey drizzled sour dough biscuits; mild dry oakiness; and delicate floral jasmine. One of the best I have had in this style!
