You won’t find Weizenbock too often because it’s notoriously difficult to craft — but when Evil Twin’s at the helm, you KNOW it’s gonna be good. And they conditioned Greenhouse Fall Lager in their American oak foeder, giving it extra hints of woody depth.
Tasting Notes
Crisp swigs deliver wheat toast nuances accentuated by hints of clove and dark fruit. Whispers of plum and raisin shift into subtle esters that bring a bananalike sweetness to the caramelly malts.
