About This Beer
For this Greenhouse Lager, the Evil Twin crew used actual Tuborg yeast from Denmark’s iconic Tuborg Brewery. Then they hopped it with Hersbrucker before conditioning it in an American oak foeder for delicious complements of woody complexity.
Tasting Notes
Soft, bready nuances of honeyed biscuit dance with vibrant florals accentuated by subtle barrel tones. Flourishes of grass and earth sing throughout the swig before a refreshingly snappy finish.

I have no idea how to begin to describe this beer. it’s not hoppy or sour or fruity. it’s clean and wonderful. I could drink this beer every day of my life and never get tired of it.
