About This Beer
The NYC crew started with a classic Lager base brewed with Hallertauer Tradition Hops. Then they conditioned it in their American oak foudre for delicious complements of woody complexity. And all that crisp deliciousness hides an imperial 7% ABV, so this is one Lager that knows how to party!
Tasting Notes
Soft, bready nuances of honeyed biscuit dance with vibrant florals accentuated by subtle oak. Flourishes of grass and earth sing throughout before a refreshingly snappy finish.

Grainy, bready/biscuit with a honey glaze. Well balanced and smooth.

Oh, this is nice. Silky smooth, daintily sweet, and so elegant. It’s more – higher ABV, fœder aging – but it’s not too much. There’s a hand of restraint which makes this such a drinkably soigné beer.

Big malty lager here. The oak treatment helps balance the flavors nicely. This would go well with brats or smoked sausages.
