About This Beer
The brewers crafted this gem with a diverse mashbill featuring spelt, wheat, oats and rye.
Tasting Notes
Complex flavors of biscuit, dark bread, and toasted crusts. A gentle aroma of wildflowers melds with subtle notes of oak, and the 5.5% ABV is just right for an afternoon spent watching the bees buzz around spring flowers from the back porch.

Not my favorite from the series but pretty darn good.

Something of an earthy funk in the nose with some deep cereal notes. Pretty crisp start with really complex, woody, biscuity flavors all over the palate. Bitter lingering finish. This one’s really interesting.

Malty, slight funk, smooth.

eh, nothing special. I was hopeful with this one, as I like the greenhouse collection they do, but this just didn’t do it for me, pretty flat, and almost so bland it felt stale
