Tastes like a sour but not going to ruin your stomach- not sweet

Light, with a slight sour taste, subtle fruity tones, this is an amazing farmhouse ale.

This is my first time trying this style and I'm a huge fan. I love a dry saison and tart wild ale, this marries them beautifully. Well carbonated, "gushed" a bit. Slightly funky on the nose and crisp pear like tart flavor. Wonderfully effervescent with a refreshing dry finish.

Gushed on opening. Highly carbonated. White head disappears quickly. Smells just like a saison. A little funk, some hay and subtle citrus. Medium body but drinks easy. More citrus comes out in the flavor. I can’t put my finger on the aftertaste. Nice warm day beer.
