About This Beer
Inspired by the sessionable sippers of Belgium, the Side Project crew brewed this intricate sipper with a beautiful golden base and European hops. Then they aged the beer in a Missouri oak foedre for several months before bottle conditioning it for a crisp effervescence.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating a soft sip flowing with bright farmhouse tang plus lightly tart lemon and soft pear notes. Look for vibrant floral accents and hints of herbaceous spice notes on a dry finish that makes each taste that much more invigorating.
