About This Beer
Cerebral, Halfway Crooks, Olfactory, and Cohesion got together to craft this Landbier using Edelweiss heritage variety malt and double-decocting it for added depth and body. Their balanced additions of Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Perle Hops infused the brew with delicate noble nuances, while a stint spent aging in an American oak foeder developed its rustic qualities.
Tasting Notes
Each light gulp invites you in with earthy aromatics and a touch of dried lemon. On the palate, bready sourdough tones work in tandem with hints of freshly cut hay, dried chamomile, and tilled soil. Whispers of white pepper on the tail end make the crisp conclusion extra appealing.
