About This Beer
When you’re sitting in the kiddie pool, with your limbs spilling out, and it’s too hot to think, and the dog is barking, you might want something deliciously cool to take the edge off.
Something like today’s smooth, citrusy, and creamsicle-like Grovestand.
Aslin crafted this frosty fantasy of a Milkshake IPA with oranges and lactose, plus an ample helping of Citra and Mosaic Hops, for a grown up version of that classic from the freezer aisle.
Tasting Notes
It’s creamy, sweet, and flavorful, with luscious citrus wrapped around a swirling vanilla core. Grovestand’s hoppy aromatics include splashes of tangerine, orange, and lime zest over tropical mango and pineapple, plus enough bitterness to keep it all balanced.

creamy orange flavors mixing with vanilla lactose (vanilla marshmallows that melted in milk). it was light but a little too sweet for me

Im not really an IPA person but this one blew me away with how much the citrus stood out. I don’t drink IPAs because I HATE the hoppy grass taste but the citrus in this covers it up very well.
