About This Beer
The Bottle Logic crew started with a dry base brewed with rice for an extra crisp, silky sip. Then they finished it with yuzu for a vibrant swirl of citrus.
Tasting Notes
Vivid, lemon-like aromas perfume the air with each pale pour. Delicate nuances of fresh baked baguette dance with notes of luscious mandarin and electric tang. Wild grass and herb essences sing soft harmonies underneath, crescendoing in a clean, snappy, yuzu-kissed finish.

a solid easy to drink beer. Wanted more Yuzu though!

A bit fruitier than the regular version and maybe a little more body in the finish. Mostly citrusy.

Quite dry with just a hint of citrus on the palate. Not quite as much yuzu as I was expecting, but still pretty nice. Fairly clean cereal finish. Not bad at all.

A rather average rice lager in itself, Hanamachi is greatly uplifted by the addition of yuzu. Crisp and light, with a mild grassiness. Lemony notes are accentuated by the yuzu, adding a bold punch of citrus (although I could have done with even more citrus flavor and tartness). Crushable and easy-drinking, a great beer for summer.
