Bottled at the beginning of January, it’s been patiently cellaring for nearly a year to enhance the warm notes of honey, spice, and fruity esters. This Barleywine’s boozy heat mellows into smooth caramel, creating a thick and rich mouthfeel that’s surprisingly drinkable. It’s delightful effervescence has us passing on the bubbly for a few bottles of this celebratory sipper.
