A Note on This Beer
Hop Legion: Massive doses of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe! Flavor Rainbow: Big ripe peach aromas pave the way for bright, juicy bursts of orange and mango on the tongue. Mega Mouthfeel: A hefty dose of oats makes for one fluffy mouthful that’s almost too sippable for an 8% ABV.
A biologist, an advertising guy, and a restaurant manager walk into an empty warehouse in New York City...
No, that’s not the start of some corny joke — it’s the story of how Kings County Brewers Collective, or KCBC, got started. And, the line finishes with this unlikely brew trio winning Thrillist’s coveted title of Best Brewery in New York just 18 months into business!
That was back in 2018, and KCBC’s juicy sippers are lusted after now more than ever. They even won a gold medal at the 2019 New York State Craft Beer Competition!
Today’s Hatchet Job is a big, bold display of KCBC’s hop prowess — with so many juice notes, you’ll wonder if there’s actual fruit in it. But, before you get to any wondering, you’ll have to grab a can. And KCBC beers go quick!
