a little past pumpkin season to be trying this but it was still pretty decent (3.5+). and if fresh, I could see how this might be a 4.0. light/mod pumpkin flavor with occasional cinny/brown sugar notes

Akin to a slow-roasted pumpkin: there is still a discernible ‘gourd’ note, but also a natural caramelized sweetness. Perfectly spiced and balanced; none overpowers the other, allowing all of the best qualities of traditional pumpkin pie to shine. Prost!
