A Note on This Beer
Hop-splosion: Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and Sorachi Ace Hops make for bright gushes of fresh fruity flavors. Tasty Kaboom!: Juicy guava, pineapple, and lychee burst across the palate with lively aftershocks of florals and a breezy, piney backbone. Eruptive Mouthfeel: Oats and wheat in the mash make this haze thick!
Seattle is pretty dreary this time of year. To beat the grey, hop fiends flock to Fremont Brewing’s urban beer garden for fresh sips of the latest limited-release IPAs. Each one is like a little swig of sunshine that cuts right through the clouds!
Among the brewery’s most coveted hopbombs is their famed Head Full of Dynomite series. Exploring a different hop lineup each time and brimming with boisterous fruit flavor, these brews tend to get snatched up the minute they drop!
Fortunately, we have the hookup, so we got our hands on a stash of the latest Head Full of Dynomite (v.34) just for Tavour!
At 6.8% ABV, this tropical sipper is surprisingly crushable and just the thing for kicking back outdoors. You won’t find it outside the Pacific Northwest, though, so if you want to bring Seattle’s favorite beer garden to your fridge, you’ll have to stock up now.
*From Eater Seattle to Seattle Magazine, it’s practically impossible to find local craft drinkers who say Fremont Brewing is anything other than one of the city’s best.
