About This Beer
For v.43 of this legendary NEIPA series, the Seattle craft titans chose a blend of HBC 586, Simcoe Cryo, and brand-new Luminosa Hops. Underneath, the brewers layered 2-Row Pale malt, rolled oats, malted oats, and white wheat for a pillowy swig.
Tasting Notes
The bready base explodes with aromas of candied orange and mango. Each swig ripples with waves of guava, peach, and coconut nuances, while Simcoe’s woody character grounds the fruity sweetness with herbaceous pine and grassy notes.
Meanwhile, this Hazy’s moderate hoppy bitterness keeps everything in balance, making it a brew you’d be happy to reach for daily.

Er’one sick edition. Dig this series. This is unique. Spicy and grassy, plenty dank. Smooth and juicy. New hop for me…takes a minute to get used to. Not my favorite iteration, but different and tasty.
