About This Beer
To craft this stunning Hefeweizen, the Barebottle crew started with a traditional, German-style base hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Then they fermented it with a phenolic yeast strain, giving it that refreshing Hefe flavor.
Tasting Notes
Clove and banana bread aromas erupt out of every vibrantly golden pour. The sip follows with notes of vanilla, dough, and a kiss of citrus. Herbal tones from the hops round out the fruity flavors, with invigorating coriander and pepper notes flowing through on the finish.
