About This Beer
The brew kooks at “The Order of Eccentric Boilers” made Helles Spezial with Munich and CaraMunich malts for a rounded body and a trifecta of Triskel, Strisselspalt, & Spalt Select Hops. After a quick coolshipping and longer cooling, they open-fermented the brew for nine days with lager yeast then cold cellared for several months before canning.
