To make it, the crew at Cerebral aged their luscious base brew in a mix of 11 Year Old Fitzgerald and 9 Year Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrels for 32-35 months. That’s nearly 3 years in spirit soaked oak!
Tasting Notes
Look for nuances of cherry preserves gushing through tones of chocolate, with sprinkles of cinnamon flavor over the top. A toasted marshmallow note melds beautifully with top shelf whiskey through the finish, leaving just a hint of warmth from the 14.6% ABV.
