Pretty sure the Terminator would’ve been into this quencher — just like our guy, this Pils is Here To Destroy!
The DSSOLVR crew made it with Riverbed Chesapeake Pilsner malt hopped with Willamette in the kettle and whirlpool. Then they low-temp fermented it, naturally carbonated it through spunding, and lagered it to a cracker crisp finish.
Tasting Notes
Freshly baked baguette nuances race through the sip, accented by grassy floral tones and a clean, dry, peppery finish. The brew’s lingering hint of enticing earthy bitterness means that it won’t take more than a taste to decide, “I’ll be back.”
