About This Beer
For this vintage, the New Anthem crew started with their roasty Prophet base beer. Then they aged it for a year in top-shelf Willet bourbon barrels for luxurious swirls of oaky flavor.
Tasting Notes
Cascades of dark chocolate truffle and caramel macchiato course through every sip. Pronounced bourbon-soaked crème brûlée carries underneath courtesy of extensive cellaring, all hiding a 10.5% ABV.

This is a really good stout. Would not hesitate to buy/order again. Nice mouth feel. Not too sweet. A little boozy on the front end but I like that.
