About This Beer
The stellar New Anthem crew started with their rich Prophet base beer brimming in chocolate and espresso notes. Then they aged it in Weller Wheated Bourbon barrels and Buffalo Trace Mash #1 bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Decadent dark chocolate swirls with vanilla oak in every velvety quaff. Nuances of barrel caramel and roasty coffee swim throughout. It’s like a rich mocha with a big kiss of whiskey. A warm 12.9% ABV hides amidst the opulent depths.
