About This Beer
The brewers say “we pickled it — as if it were itself a pickle.” We’re not entirely sure what that means, but we do know they added a mysterious ingredient called dill pickle powder.

Not very heavy on the pickle brine, and a pretty light beer, probably a kolsch or light pilsner. Neither are flavors that I’m looking for.
