About This Beer
The brewers say “we pickled it — as if it were itself a pickle.” We’re not entirely sure what that means, but we do know they added a mysterious ingredient called dill pickle powder.
Tasting Notes
It tastes like a crisp, cold bite from that jar in the fridge that’s always so hard to open. You’ll find hints of zingy lemon zest, black pepper, and even a nuance of garlic, all leading to a slightly puckering finish with lingering flavors of dill.

Subtle in all the best ways. Crisp, slightly peppery, slightly spiced, and on the back end leaving you with just a hint of dill.

Refreshing with just a hint of brine, not overpowering with the pickle but just right to make it interesting. The pint disappears quickly.

kind of a weak pickle beer. I’ve had enough to know this isn’t one of my favs.

Not very heavy on the pickle brine, and a pretty light beer, probably a kolsch or light pilsner. Neither are flavors that I’m looking for.
