About This Beer
The masters at Wyndridge Farm crafted this Cider with fresh-pressed, locally grown Pennsylvania apples and drizzles of honey. Then, they swirled its crisp depths in soft raspberry whispers and steeped the whole brew on sprigs of aromatic lavender.
Tasting Notes
The crisp apple and raspberry tartness hits at the start, with sumptuous honey cutting the juicy and bright beginning with a touch of heavenly sweetness. Lingering herbaceousness makes for a relaxing, easygoing finish, bringing you back to those lavender aromatics.

Simple sipping beer. Didn’t hit with me a whole ton of flavor which I was hoping for me.

Relax, sipping cider. Light and Crisp.

This is the lightest cider I've ever had. Even the bubbles are barely there. I can't really taste the honey, but the smoke of lavender in the aftertaste is pretty great. I'd buy this again.

If you like ciders, this one is amazing! Perfect blend of honey and lavender. Not too sweet, just a mellow hint.

Smells of honey and lavender. Mixed well and was a good sipper.

Light and crisp. Not a big cider fan but this one tastes more on the beer end of cider. Good taste

The lavender doesn’t overpower but kind of a flat flavor profile.

A bit sweet from the honey but the lavender is the highlight in this cider.

You can taste the lavender but it’s not overpowering and soapy tasting. Really enjoyed this one.

Light and refreshing for sure, would like a little more flavor but it was still pretty damn good!

This so far is one of my favorite. I was able to share with friends as well and it was loved by all. Hoping it’ll make a comeback, I’m totally buying a bunch.

Not bad at all! Not a cider guy but lady wanted to try so I got it. Good balance of honey and lavender.

Not too much of the lavender but the honey notes come through strong on this balanced sweet and sour cider.

Not overly sweet. A good flavor

I really did not like this one. the lavender was not a good compliment to the cider. I could tell the base cider was quite good. it was overpowered not in a good way by the lavender.

2nd purchase. Not too floral nor cloyingly sweet, and doesn’t finish dry which allows the apple flavor to linger.

Very light cider and easy to drink

This stuff has changed. I previously I wrote that the lavender was just “a whisper”; now it’s a full-blown gale of bathroom potpourri stank. This took a wrong turn somewhere. Sad.
PREVIOUS REVIEW – 4.5: Beautifully balanced – not too dry, not too sweet, not too tart. And the lavender is just a nice little floral/herbal whisper at the finish, so it doesn’t taste like you’re drinking bubble bath. Wonderfully executed, a delight to drink.

Remarkably strong flavor of lavender, with an earthy, botanical funk. Quite a bit on the sweet side from the honey.
