About This Beer
Hooey is one of Lupulin’s flagship NEIPAs built to maximize the hoppy, dank flavors in every drink! Loaded with half a dozen hops (Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria) Hooey simply ain’t a hopbomb for the faint of heart. It’s ADVANCED hoppy sipping.
Tasting Notes
We get overripe pineapple, a touch of honey-drizzled melon in the body, and a pithy spritz of tangerine and zesty grapefruit on the finish.

Refreshing beer but... it lacks flavor! Out of the 4 different IPA’s we tried tonight this was at the bottom of the list. Don’t get it twisted tho it’s still a decent brew : grade C-

Not bad is IPA ... No honey is perceived, only the bitterness of the Tangerine

Orange and pineapple, a tad bitter. Thicker feel.

Nope! Bitter and piney

I guess “Hooey,” could be a good thing, or a bad thing. In this case, I think this beer is a bunch of Hooey. Don’t believe the hype!

Definitely has that unfiltered flavor, bit yeasty. Not bad

very good hop profile for a lower gravity IPA

Orange and yellow fruits, drizzled with nectar.
The tender skin of an apricot, that, at its ripeness peak, plummets to earth.
Supple smooches of farmer's market nectarine and Old Fashioned garnish orange peel bloom across the tongue.
The initial melon-like sweetness glides threw a beaded curtain of tart pink lady apple dryness, finishing with a sparkle of grapefruit and tangerine pom-poms rustling in the breeze.

Wasn't a stand-out IPA for me like all others I've had from Lupulin, but certainly wasn't bad.

Big juicy citrusy hop aroma and flavor! Medium bodied and smooth for 6.2%.

Juicy, rich, hoppy aroma. Rich, dank, slightly dry, and just the right amount of butter in the palate with a relatively clean finish.

Smells great but it was too hoppy for my pleasure. Goes down smooth as well too.
