About This Beer
To craft this variant of Hop Cartel, the Levante crew loaded up a fluffy brew with mountains of Citra, Strata and experimental HBC-586 Hops. It all makes for vividly bright, tropical juice balanced with lush, piney bitterness and a hint of pepper.
Tasting Notes
Every sip brims with sticky mango and drippy guava. Wafts of pine balance the sun-kissed nectar. Hints of black peppercorn carry on the finish.

Tropical mango aromas. Mild carbonation, pretty soft mouthfeel. Nice dankness. More notes of mango, with some pineapple and a little berry. Finishes a bit bitter with some peppery notes.

Interesting. Not picking up on fruity hop bomb but I certainly do feel the resin / dank / earthy funk. And, this isn’t a problem.

Grillin’ edition. Sweeter than expected, but in a delightfully zesty, citrusy way. “Vividly bright” seems spot on with the touch of clean, peppery finish. This one surprised me, in a good…nay…great way.
