About This Beer
For this stunner, the Varietal crew teamed up with friends at Future Primitive and Cervecería Transpeninsular. They started with a pillowy base before loading it with hundreds of pounds of wet Simcoe Hops from Sauve & Son Farms and Carpenter Ranches. Then they dry hopped it with freshly kilned Simcoe pellets, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe Cryo Hops for a lusciously juicy, deliciously herbaceous sip.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeous gushes of ripe peach, succulent mandarin, and white grape surge through every sip. Verdant notes of soft pine and wild grass carry underneath with next to no bitterness courtesy of the super fresh hops.
