About This Beer
To make it, the Colorado Wild Ale experts joined forces with their buddies at Rockslide Brewery. Together, they took a Saison-style Farmhouse Ale, aged it in oak barrels for months, and then added a substantial dose of Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe Hops.
Tasting Notes
You’ll taste bright lemon zest tartness alongside hints of passionfruit and tangerine. Nuances of cut grass and freshly turned earth add depth and intricacy on the way to a dry, effervescent finish.

would've been better with more carbonation. nice hop flavor behind a a farmhouse style beer. a little bit of oak bitterness
