About This Beer
Pure Project and Outer Range team got their inspiration from France for this DIPA. They hit it with plenty of Barbe Rouge Hops — a vibrant variety grown just a few hours north of Outer Range’s French Alps taproom. And they rounded out the juicy profile with doses of Citra and Wai-iti.
Tasting Notes
Soft, pillowy swigs glide across your palate with brilliant notes of sweet citrus and tropical fruit. Pineapple, marmalade, and mango tones mingle with the distinctive red berry nuances of Barbe Rouge. Meanwhile, grassy undertones flow into a piney back end, providing a structured bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.
