About This Beer
The Father of Dragons, Mikkel Borg-Bjergsø, hatched this molten lava cake inspired, chili infused beer. It might be an official collaboration with the Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, but you don’t have to be a fan of epic fantasy to enjoy it!
Tasting Notes
Caraxes Rises has a roasty body with notes of cacao nibs, light coffee, and bread crusts. Spicy nuances swoop in on leathery wings for a subtle pepperiness that builds as you drink, and toasty tannins disappear back into the night. And a stealthy touch of earthy cinnamon brings it back down.

I swear the bubbles during the pour were red. some chocolate notes with strong chili. Mexican chocolate cake with more chili than chocolate. I dont like too much sweetness in my stout so this one is great

Each sip hatches with an earthy, peppery bite, interwoven with dark chocolate and roasted coffee malt. It develops into a smoky and smooth body with an approachable bitterness, enough to warm the the soul.
