About This Beer
For the latest in their collab series with Two Tides, the Evil Twin took inspiration from a charcuterie board. They went all out loading a Sour base with the finer things –– cabernet sauvignon wine grapes, fresh blackberries, and delicate almonds. Then they finished it off with fresh baked graham cracker and decadent cheesecake for an authentic sip of NYC confectionery craft.
Tasting Notes
Deep, red grape blends with dark, jammy bramble fruit on the front. Creamy cascades of cheesecake carry after with wafts of graham and nut, none of it giving away the 6.5% ABV.

My mind may be playing tricks, but I feel that this tastes much more alcoholic than it is; it kind of has that residual warmth typical of cabernet. Nutty, smooth, and not overly sweet, it’s like a reduced wine compote on creamy cheesecake.
