About This Beer
Mikerphone got together with their Chicagoland neighbors at Phase Three to craft a tasty new-school Westie. The duo dry hopped it with Citra Incognito, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Anchovy, and rarely-seen Zumo Hops for plenty of pine, pith, and nectar in every clean sip.
Tasting Notes
The smooth bitter backbone provides a scaffolding for zesty pops of grapefruit, lemon-lime, and passion fruit, followed by peachy whispers peeking in around the edges. And it all culminates in a dash of lingering sprucey resin.
