The master Mead makers at Garagiste teamed up with the phenomenal fruit fiends at Mortalis to craft this nectar! Taking inspiration from a brew in Mortalis’ Hydra series, the duo loaded it with nearly a ton of locally sourced, Grade A fancy strawberries and fresh, tangy Costa Rican pineapple. Orange blossom honey and toasted coconut flakes add even more luxurious complexity and fruity nuance.

I love all the fruit notes and it has a really thick heavy taste but my main issue is I can't drink this as sweet as it is. I found myself cutting it with a lemon/lime soda so that I could enjoy it. If I were to only accept this as my mead experience I wouldn't do it again.

Super thick and sweet, like syrup. Has a bit of funk in the taste, can’t put my finger on what it is but it lingers… like a mild licorice almost. I can have a sip or
two,
but would personally have to mix it to actually enjoy.
