Interesting. I think an IPL works better as far as getting the crisp clean finish of a lager compared to using a Kolsch yeast.

This is a great taste in beer. Reminds me of a beer I had in the past, maybe from six point brewery. Great taste!

Totally unique. Kolsch meets rice lager meets IPA vibes with decent bittering and crisp mouthfeel. finishes dry as expected.
