About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the Lone Star crew started with a BIG Stout base. Then, they aged it for over 18 months in Milam & Greene Texas Bourbon Barrels before finishing it on massive amounts of cherry puree.
Tasting Notes
With each sip, decadent notes of rich chocolate swoop onto the palate like a bird of prey descending on your tastebuds. Then comes the cherry on top, folding gorgeous fruity flavors into the malty backbone before oak-laden nuances of top-shelf bourbon peak through on the finish.

totally not what I was expecting! instead of a sweet cherry bourbon barrel aged thick pastry stout I was surprised to get a cherry foeder stout with tons of tart and finish. really good, just a surprise!
